Orange Digital was engaged by Renew Solutions to digitise their manual stormwater drain monitoring process — transforming a complex, data-heavy operational workflow into a scalable digital platform.

As lead designer, I was responsible for interpreting extensive, unstructured client data and translating it into logical information architecture, a structured data model and an intuitive user interface.

Working directly with stakeholders, I distilled technical requirements into clear workflows, dashboards and reporting views that improved usability without losing analytical depth.

Beyond the core platform, I also designed supporting digital assets — including the website and branded collateral — ensuring a cohesive digital presence. The result was a streamlined, purpose-built system that replaced manual processes with an efficient, scalable solution.
