Stormwater Management System

Orange Digital was engaged by Renew Solutions to digitise their manual stormwater drain monitoring process, transforming a complex, data-heavy operational workflow into a scalable digital platform.

As lead designer, I was responsible for interpreting extensive, unstructured client data and translating it into a logical information architecture, structured data model and intuitive user interface. The goal was to simplify field reporting, compliance tracking and asset visibility into a system that was both operationally robust and easy to manage.

Working directly with stakeholders, I distilled technical requirements into clear workflows, dashboards and reporting views that improved usability without losing analytical depth. Beyond the core platform, I also designed supporting digital assets, including their website and branded collateral, ensuring a cohesive digital presence.

The result was a streamlined, purpose-built system that replaced manual processes with an efficient, scalable solution aligned to Renew Solutions' operational and commercial goals.
