Evoke Travel engaged me to conduct a comprehensive UX audit of their mobile app, identifying opportunities to introduce new features, reduce friction and streamline the booking experience.

Following the audit, we established an ongoing collaboration to iteratively design and deliver improvements through two-week sprints.

My approach was structured and outcome-focused: defining personas, mapping use cases, designing user flows and high-fidelity mock-ups, and then coding implementation-ready solutions using git and Visual Studio Code.

End-to-end involvement enabled continuous product refinement while maintaining alignment between user needs, technical feasibility and commercial objectives.
