Orange Digital partnered with the Department of Veterans' Affairs to optimise the ANZAC Portal using a Build–Measure–Learn methodology.
Working within a cross-functional team, I helped identify and prioritise key pain points across the experience, applying a data-informed approach to guide improvements.
I leveraged analytics, session recordings, heatmaps and 1:1 user testing to uncover behavioural insights and validate hypotheses — ensuring changes were grounded in evidence rather than assumption.
This iterative optimisation approach enabled measurable usability gains while strengthening the portal's ability to support veterans and the broader community effectively and efficiently.
