Australian Retirement Trust
Public Website
As part of an agile squad, I lead ongoing design optimisation and BAU delivery across Australian Retirement Trust's public website (including legacy QSuper environments), partnering with stakeholders across marketing, product, legal and operations to translate business objectives into clear, compliant and member-focused digital outcomes.
Operating within a highly regulated superannuation context, I've come to develop a deep understanding of investment, insurance and superannuation products, ensuring all experiences balance member needs, commercial goals, disclosure obligations, and accessibility standards.
I also work closely with Product Owners to uplift processes, improve intake clarity and prioritisation, and embed more structured design thinking into BAU workflows.
A key focus of my role was stepping back from incremental updates to rethink core user journeys. Mainly identifying friction points, refining information architecture and reworking critical pathways to better support member decision-making. This approach is strengthening journey coherence across the site while improving internal alignment and long-term scalability.
