As part of an agile squad, I led ongoing design optimisation and BAU delivery across Australian Retirement Trust's public website — including the legacy QSuper environment — partnering with stakeholders across marketing, product, legal and operations to translate business objectives into clear, compliant and member-focused digital outcomes.

Operating within a highly regulated superannuation context, I developed a deep understanding of investment, insurance and superannuation products, ensuring all experiences balance member needs, commercial goals, disclosure obligations, and accessibility standards.

A key focus of my role was stepping back from incremental updates to rethink core user journeys — identifying friction points, refining information architecture and reworking critical pathways to better support member decision-making. This approach is strengthening journey coherence across the site while improving internal alignment and long-term scalability.

I also work closely with Product Owners to uplift processes, improve intake clarity and prioritisation, and embed more structured design thinking into BAU workflows.
