Unified Investment Menu

I led the end-to-end design of Australian Retirement Trust's Unified Investment Menu — a complex, cross-channel initiative to consolidate legacy investment structures into a single, cohesive experience following a fund merger. Working with key stakeholders, I designed the content model and interaction framework that underpinned a new investment ecosystem across the public website, secure online portal and supporting backend systems.

This required extensive competitor analysis, regulatory interpretation, and close partnership with Product, Project, Engineering and Business Analysis to align delivery with program constraints and phased releases.

Beyond user experience and interface design, I acted as the connective layer across stakeholders — working directly with them to balance feasibility with usability, collaborating with financial advisers and product leaders to validate positioning, and presenting design direction to the wider business unit.

The result was a completely new experience across all channels — and in time some of the highest-ranking pages on the public website in terms of member satisfaction.
