During my two years at AIME, I worked directly with the CEO to lead an organisation-wide rebrand, redefining visual identity and digital presence during a period of rapid global expansion. Following this, I partnered with the team to design and deliver a cohesive digital ecosystem to support scale — including a new public website, backend portals for staff, mentors and mentees, mobile applications, and structured data management systems.

Using personas, user journey mapping and in-depth interviews, we shaped the information architecture and prototypes that underpinned these platforms.

Operating in an environment defined by extreme pace and constant pivoting, I balanced strategic direction with agility — ensuring the evolving brand, product and technology systems remained aligned and scalable as the organisation grew.

Highlights included the 'Know Yourself' onboarding experience, the mentee/mentor dashboard ecosystem, and a full brand campaign rollout across digital and print.
